Parents of only our 2-4 age group are allowed to escort their swimmer to class if necessary.

    - Otherwise, we invite parents to watch their children from our waiting room.

  • What if my child is sick?

We’re sorry to hear your swimmer is not feeling well!

    - Please keep your swimmer home when they aren't feeling well. We will issue a token to your account in the event that you must miss class due to illness.

In the event that you must miss class due to an illness, please contact us as soon as possible either by email coachchad@questswimming.com or call us at (804) 731-4522 to give us notice and to receive a token.

  • What level is my swimmer?

Your swimmers group level will be determined by their age and current ability.

    - Most swimmers start out at our Beginner levels where swimmers learn to swim independently for the first time.

    - Swimmers that can already swim on their front independently, rolling to their back to breathe for half a length of the pool are ready for our Intemediate group level where they will learn freestyle and backstroke.

    - Swimmers that can already swim freestyle and backstroke for 25 yards are ready for our Advanced group level where they will learn breastroke and butterfly.

    - For more detailed information about each level including age ranges check out our “Class and Level Descriptions” page here.
